Dr. Joachim Schlosser leads engineers at Elektrobit, consulting automotive companies on high-performance computing, architectures, lean/agile development, leadership and collaboration. His motivation is to support leaders and engineers to make the world a better place, to save energy and resources, and to innovate. Before that, he served ten years at MathWorks, maker of MATLAB & Simulink, and at BMW and other companies on consulting and research in simulation, embedded systems development, and design process analysis. Being a computer scientist, with a PhD from Technical University of Munich, he strives to bring together different disciplines and to create a creative environment.
