Rosa Delgado is Senior Manager in Powertrain Department at IDIADA. Rosa is a graduate in Industrial Engineering and Master in Environmental Engineering. She has more than 25 years of experience in automotive sector, mainly related to fuel/energy consumption and exhaust and non-exhaust emissions. She has published several papers in different fields of emissions models and simulation, emission regulations, fuel consumption, vehicle emissions and alternative fuels.
She has been part of various working groups led by the European Commission related to determination of exhaust and non-exhaust emissions, and currently member of AGVES (Advisory Group Vehicle Emissions Standards) and IWG PMP. Also leading other European Projects such as GVI Project (Green Vehicle Index), PEMs4Nano Project (Portable Nano-Particle Emission Measurement System) and PaREGEn (Particle Reduced, Efficient Gasoline Enginesis).
Regarding non-exhaust activities, she has implication in the current non-exhaust activities and part of the Interlaboratory Study (ILS) to measure brake dust emissions according to the PMP methodology.
