Zhou zhou, born in April 1975, is a doctor of engineering at tsinghua university, Senior engineer at the level of researcher and expert with special government allowance. Currently he is a director, party member and deputy general manager of China automotive engineering research institute co., LTD. He has won the outstanding contribution award of China Society of Automobile Engineering (CSAE), the "three hundred" leading scientific and technological talents of Chongqing, the outstanding young scientific and technological talents award of China automobile industry and the young scientific and technological talents award of China general technology group.

He also serves as president of the automotive aerodynamics branch of CSAE, the vice chairman of the automotive products branch of CSAE,the vice chairman of standardization working committee of CSAE, the 10th council, deputy director of the committee member of China mechanical society, the deputy director of the Chinese association of intelligent transportation expert committee road vehicles.
