The FISITA World Mobility Summit is a unique and exclusive annual opportunity which brings together the technical leaders of the FISITA Corporate Membership and invited guests, delivering a unique environment and opportunity for this exclusive peer group to meet, learn and share knowledge on a priority topic aligned with delivering the technology and methodology of mobility. Following last year's successful online format, the FISITA World Mobility Summit 2021 will be held as a one-day virtual session on Wednesday 10 November. The topic of ‘Workplace Evolution’ will enable the Summit to deliver thought leadership and knowledge share as FISITA member leaders around the world develop strategy regarding remote working and virtual engineering, at this crucial point in time where the initial crisis management period transitions into stable and sustainable business operation within a changing professional and societal environment. As is tradition, the FISITA President and Summit Development Team have identified a topic of critical importance to the FISITA member community, selecting a subject of methodology as the theme for this year’s Summit, based on the priority challenges and opportunities of FISITA Corporate Members at this time. Working practices which had been established and evolved over decades were challenged and changed as reactive measures sustained business operations around the world. As time progressed, many of these near-term measures have evolved into efficiencies as new methods and pathways have been created and embedded within the workplace – from research and design to product development and testing. With a high-quality programme and speaker line-up forming against this most relevant agenda, Summit guests will hear from experts under the following sessions:

'Workplace Evolution' will explore the real-time and future demands on the business for those involved in developing and delivering the technology of mobility, with a focus on how our industry and others are adapting and preparing for the present and the future where sustaining efficiency in a rapidly changing operational and cultural environment will be high on the priority agenda for all. Throughout the Summit we will explore how the business community is and will evolve, what are the challenges and opportunities within the workplace, how will our people be motivated and what do we anticipate will be the most significant impacts on the long-term change in human behaviour. The Summit will commence with the ‘World Café' discussion sessions to be held on October 20th, enabling registered guests to come together virtually and share their initial thoughts on the challenges and opportunities of ‘Workplace Evolution’, with outcomes being created and delivered as part of the Summit agenda on 10 November. We know this topic is of high relevance to FISITA members, and to those yet to join the international connected community of FISITA, all are welcome.
